Agreement and scope
By requesting a quotation, approving an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. K2 Printly provides made-to-order 3D printing and related project coordination services in India. Each project remains subject to technical review and written acceptance.
Quotations and order acceptance
Website descriptions and application examples are informational and are not fixed offers. Pricing, material, finish, quantity, production route, taxes, shipping charges and estimated timelines are confirmed in the project quotation or order communication. A quotation becomes an accepted order only after required approval and payment.
We may decline work that is technically unsuitable, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringes third-party rights or cannot be supported by the available process.
Customer designs and responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate files, dimensions, quantities, intended-use information and delivery details. You confirm that you own or have permission to use and manufacture every design, image, trademark or other material you submit.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, printed parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, safety-critical, structural, aerospace or other regulated uses. The customer is responsible for final validation and safe use.
Manufacturing variations
Additive manufacturing can produce visible layer lines and reasonable variations in colour, surface, dimensions and finish. Process tolerances and acceptance requirements must be agreed before production. Digital previews, photographs and samples may differ from the final part because of material and process characteristics.
Payment
Payments are collected in Indian Rupees through the payment method shown on the invoice or payment page. Production may begin only after the required payment is confirmed. Applicable taxes, packaging and delivery charges will be identified in the quotation or invoice where relevant.
Online payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway. K2 Printly does not receive or store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Changes requested after approval may affect feasibility, price and schedule. Custom work may become non-cancellable once design preparation, material procurement or production begins. Eligibility and timelines are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Delivery and inspection
Delivery estimates are provided after project review and are not guaranteed dates. Please inspect the shipment promptly and report damage, shortage or material deviation with supporting photographs. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
Your submitted design remains yours or its respective owner’s. We use project files only to review, quote, coordinate and fulfil the requested work, and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements. We will not publish identifiable customer designs as portfolio material without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, K2 Printly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a project, delivery delay or use of a printed part. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
