Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or institution, city, project requirements, intended use, quotation references and messages. When you request a quotation, we may also receive design files, reference files, dimensions, material preferences and other production information.
Our systems may record limited technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time, security events and payment or order references. Payment providers process your payment credentials directly; we do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, review feasibility, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, coordinate vendors and delivery, process or reconcile payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Project files and confidentiality
Uploaded files are used to assess and fulfil the project. Access is limited to authorised personnel and, where necessary, production or logistics vendors involved in the request. Please identify confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive material. We do not publish identifiable customer projects without permission.
Sharing and service providers
We may share the minimum required information with contracted production vendors, logistics providers, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, and payment processors such as Razorpay. These parties process information for the relevant service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
Cookies and security
The website uses essential session cookies for security, forms, CAPTCHA and administrator authentication. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
We retain enquiry, quotation, order, invoice, payment and project records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, dispute handling, accounting, tax, security and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Files that are no longer required may be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
